Since March 2005, Airtrax has manufactured 16 lift trucks. While the Company expects to complete delivery of 10 to 12 additional lift trucks in the second quarter of 2005, it anticipates ramping up production and completing up to 320 lift trucks this year to complete some of its orders by year-end 2005.

Canadian distributor, Airtrax Canada President, George Gonzo, said, "We're excited about our goal of meeting customer demand for more Airtrax lift trucks in the second quarter of 2005 and the remainder of the year. We believe the major warehouse distribution centers in Canada are expanding, and we anticipate that Airtrax lift trucks will play a significant role in meeting the pent-up demand for more cost-effective material handling solutions."
Airtrax CEO Peter Amico stated, "Our order backlog to-date has outpaced our initial expectations. Recent publicity of the Sidewinder and our 'reinvention of wheel,' including features on CNBC and The Wall Street Journal, have helped to increase the order backlog for our trucks. We have been working to fulfill orders by setting up our own production capabilities, and expanding into new product lines. During the second half of 2005, we expect our production lines to be fully operational and we anticipate that we'll be able to produce 42 trucks per month. If we're successful in increasing production capacity and order flow, we anticipate accelerating our deliveries and sales of the Sidewinder to U.S., Canada and global markets throughout 2005."
